STRATEGIC CUSTOMER COUNCILS
Strategic Customers Councils
are composed of 15 to 20 customer representatives who agree to
meet four times per year and participate in an ongoing strategic
dialogue. Council meetings are planned and conducted by a consulting
facilitator to achieve the following outcomes:
- Improve customer loyalty measured by retention and referrals.
- Increase sales and account penetration.
- Create a strategic dialogue about industry direction.
- Improve open and trusted communication.
- New product/service review.
- Review branding, messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Test new-to-market ideas and value propositions.
