All of us are designed to make a unique contribution to change the world. Every person matters. No one is extra or simply a “population filler.” Our contribution is revealed by our PRIME DIRECTIVE, which is the sum of our DESIRE (what does my highest self (soul) want?) + TALENT (what are my gifts?) + PURPOSE (why does it matter?). When these three imperatives become conscious – life changes. By spending at least 80% of our working hours using our highest talents to achieve heart felt desires for a meaningful purpose, we experience success, joy and self renewing energy that is the substance of human fulfillment.
